My budtender was the bomb! She hung around while I took my sweet-arse time marveling at the dispensary's wide variety and professional decorum. She really made me feel like a respected patient by taking the time to learn more about my personal medical issues and poor tolerance for pure Sativas. I took a few of her suggestions, and am really happy I did! The business model and team of volunteers here have this place ready to franchise as soon as pot goes Rec and the big farms move in.Less

great meds. best prices on award winning and what I like to call "name brand kush". satellite, kush co, 24k, kosher all on point. $30 eighths are pretty good too. good atmosphere. budtenders take their time with you. mostly knowledgable too. The only thing this club has done dirty is they have under weighed me twice! beware, weigh your meds.Less

So, the story goes. my friend and I went to the kind center last Saturday. I was told I'd get a matched 8th, if I spent 30. so, I buy an 8th. all is well as I thought, till we got home. and my quad... weighed ... very off, is what I'm just gonna say. enough to have to get their attention about it. and I was talking to them over instagram, and they seemed as if it were my fault cause of the "cheap" scale in the pic. so I told em. I will be there on patient appreciation day, with my friend who I referred, and 2 ladies (fiancé and her friend, FTP's). we were first in line since 8. and we wanted it to be like that so we can talk to the manager, hopefully get things squared away. So my friend who I referred the day this all happened, was there to verify and confirm what happened. Asked to speak to the manager and all. He politely and promptly helped me out on the situation, I wasn't expecting him to give me what I was missing the way he did.. I thought it was sooo great and just... straight compassion. His name was Boots, or Bootz, nonetheless his name is boots, and he is awesome, I thought It was very great and compassionate how he handled the situation. cuz I wasn't going in there like "give me this, give me that" I just wanted to get down to the bottom of what may have happened, and he said "Naw man, well take care of you, I'm terribly sorry this happened, we make things right around here" to hear that... that's just awesome and heart warming. he asked a few questions, which is mandatory in that situation I'm sure, and it wasn't like him saying it's my fault, which is great bcuz dude on their instagram made it sound like it was all me. and I almost lost faith in them, so I wanted to return on patient appreciation day, to see if they can make things right. and sure enough. they made the visit more than worth it. they not only redeemed themselves but they still have a place in my heart. I came in today for patient appreciation day and left extremely satisfied; like always. Christina took care of me, making sure i left happy; she was super helpful and knowledgeable. The last time i was here i was helped by Art, who was also super friendly and had an answer for every question i had. Not sure who these negative reviewers are referring to about being rude, but I've never had any problems with the staff here. If you are looking for a shop with amazing prices, selection, and staff, then look no further! Keep it up Kind Center, I know I'll keep coming back!Less

Monique was my bud tender really friendly and knows the product i went there and the process was quick. there product is fire i love their top self strain worth buying. one of the strain that i got was a lil dry but really really good. love these strain here candy land emperor cookie dough and kosherLess

I love everything about this shop!! The Meds hands down are unbeatable. Sal the security guard is the absolute best! he is extremely professional and always assist with getting me and my friends in and out as fast and as safe as possible. Sal is one of the reasons i frequent this shop and I definitely feel a difference between him and most other security at other shops. Sal greets me and every other patient i have seen enter the shop. You feel a little more safe with his presence, as if he is there for your personal safety, not just the shops....I wouldn't dare donate anywhere but The kind!Less
