So, the story goes. my friend and I went to the kind center last Saturday. I was told I'd get a matched 8th, if I spent 30. so, I buy an 8th. all is well as I thought, till we got home. and my quad... weighed ... very off, is what I'm just gonna say. enough to have to get their attention about it. and I was talking to them over instagram, and they seemed as if it were my fault cause of the "cheap" scale in the pic. so I told em. I will be there on patient appreciation day, with my friend who I referred, and 2 ladies (fiancé and her friend, FTP's). we were first in line since 8. and we wanted it to be like that so we can talk to the manager, hopefully get things squared away. So my friend who I referred the day this all happened, was there to verify and confirm what happened. Asked to speak to the manager and all. He politely and promptly helped me out on the situation, I wasn't expecting him to give me what I was missing the way he did.. I thought it was sooo great and just... straight compassion. His name was Boots, or Bootz, nonetheless his name is boots, and he is awesome, I thought It was very great and compassionate how he handled the situation. cuz I wasn't going in there like "give me this, give me that" I just wanted to get down to the bottom of what may have happened, and he said "Naw man, well take care of you, I'm terribly sorry this happened, we make things right around here" to hear that... that's just awesome and heart warming. he asked a few questions, which is mandatory in that situation I'm sure, and it wasn't like him saying it's my fault, which is great bcuz dude on their instagram made it sound like it was all me. and I almost lost faith in them, so I wanted to return on patient appreciation day, to see if they can make things right. and sure enough. they made the visit more than worth it. they not only redeemed themselves but they still have a place in my heart. I came in today for patient appreciation day and left extremely satisfied; like always. Christina took care of me, making sure i left happy; she was super helpful and knowledgeable. The last time i was here i was helped by Art, who was also super friendly and had an answer for every question i had. Not sure who these negative reviewers are referring to about being rude, but I've never had any problems with the staff here. If you are looking for a shop with amazing prices, selection, and staff, then look no further! Keep it up Kind Center, I know I'll keep coming back!Less

Monique was my bud tender really friendly and knows the product i went there and the process was quick. there product is fire i love their top self strain worth buying. one of the strain that i got was a lil dry but really really good. love these strain here candy land emperor cookie dough and kosherLess

I love everything about this shop!! The Meds hands down are unbeatable. Sal the security guard is the absolute best! he is extremely professional and always assist with getting me and my friends in and out as fast and as safe as possible. Sal is one of the reasons i frequent this shop and I definitely feel a difference between him and most other security at other shops. Sal greets me and every other patient i have seen enter the shop. You feel a little more safe with his presence, as if he is there for your personal safety, not just the shops....I wouldn't dare donate anywhere but The kind!Less

Not only was a running a bit late and my favorite shop KC wouldn't take my friend for his FTP I ended up going here and it was perfect . great customer service from the great security guard " SAL" always great to talk to, but was amazing . id say I'd chose this shop over most its in my top 3 :) give it a ty ! thanks a lot again Sal!!! keep up the good workLess

I did love that Tin Man Oil special on the trim run for $15 donation a gram. That was lovely while it lasted. Now that TMO CKF Venom was pretty bomb too. Not too shabby at $5 off the $30 donation. Didn't say if it was trim run, but if I had to guess by the color it looked and tasted like maybe popcorn/trim run? It could have been nug run for all I know, just came out a little dark, not really dark, just a little. Medicated very nicely. I'm expecting another bomb deal on the patient appreciation day that's running this month. I keep missing em, like I'm there the day before, or the day after, so I'm gonna try again this month. It's a sweet ass deal from what I've read about.Less

I first went into the Kind Center a couple of days ago and walked out with the best pen cartridge I have ever tried and 1* gram of free bud for being a first timer. First of all that Gram was incredible! Amazing bud, not too dry, tons of crystals and when I weigh it out, turns out it was 2.5grams!!! (not a single stem in there either) Most clubs are content with giving away amounts even less than 1gram for first timers but I ws surprised when I saw the size of the freebie container! not to mention those 2.5 grams were on sale for $9 I believe, $30+ seems to be the standard everywhere else. Amazing budtenders and security guard too! everyone welcomed me with a great big smile when I walked in :). I also ended up getting a monkey vape cartridge which is incredibly strong! I have quite a high tolerance but will get medicated after a puff or two, 3 days later I have barely been able to put a dent in the thing while ill go through a different cartridge in less than week. In summation: if you're anywhere close to this club make sure you stop on by, you'll find the best prices and best quality around!! (Not to mention how beautiful all of the budtenders are!)Less
